ACCESSIBILITY STATEMENT

Last updated: 23 October 2026

We want everyone to be able to enjoy LAB-44, online and at our venue.

Our website. We aim for our website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1, level AA) as far as possible. We use clear headings, descriptive text for images and sufficient colour contrast, and the site works with keyboard navigation and screen readers. Some elements come from external partners, such as our online reservation system and our event enquiry form, and may not fully meet these guidelines.

Our building. LAB-44 is housed in a listed laboratory building from 1918 on the historic Hembrug site (Hembrugterrein). Would you like to know in advance how accessible our spaces are, for example with a wheelchair or rollator? Get in touch and we will tell you exactly what is possible and help you find the best spot. Assistance dogs are welcome.

Need help? Is something not working well for you, or would you like help with a reservation? Call us on 020 237 4111 or email reserveringen@lab-44.nl. We are happy to help and aim to resolve the problem within 10 working days.
