FILMING IN THE LAB

Shoot your next production, commercial or photo shoot in a monumental 1918 laboratory on the Hembrug site (Hembrugterrein). Hire the whole building or just the lab you need. Only a short hop from Amsterdam on the Hempont ferry.

A LOCATION WITH CHARACTER

LAB-44 is available to hire for film, TV, commercials, photo shoots and fashion shows. The building was completed in 1918 as a laboratory. Here you'll be shooting among brickwork, large windows and industrial details.

In autumn 2019, LAB‑44 spent three weeks transformed into Kooksoof, Soof's restaurant in the film Soof 3. Boer Zoekt Vrouw, Binnenste Buiten, fashion shows and the IKEA catalogue have also chosen our building.

THE WHOLE BUILDING OR ONE LAB

Hire LAB-44 in its entirety or choose the space that suits your shoot: the restaurant with bar and mezzanine, the terrace, the kitchen or one of the labs.
